CONTRIBUTION: As part of the shadowing experience, I observed the event’s technical and production teams during load-in, rehearsals, and show execution. I studied the integration of audiovisual systems, stage management coordination, and cue-based show control for live corporate events. This experience provided valuable insight into large-scale event workflows and the collaborative relationship between technical direction, creative design, and client engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Observed AV system setup and calibration for stage presentations.
- Assisted with documentation and note-taking during production meetings.
- Monitored cue sequencing and timing between video, lighting, and presenter transitions.
- Studied load-in logistics and crew coordination across multiple departments.
- Gained hands-on exposure to live event operations in a professional conference setting.
